| Impact! Styling is unique in the Market Place. Styling by Nikki is done by, heart, emotion and depicts the property as a home. This enables prospective purchasers to view it as a home they could live in. Most Staging is done with a Clinical atmosphere. Recently Nikki was contracted to do staging at my Son's home. As I have dealt with many staged homes over the years I was really taken aback at the results as there was not a thing out of place and it really felt like a home with all the small touches that make a home.
